Spoonflower

My Spoonflower fabric arrived!  It was a gift from the Alliance for American Quilts for all of the New from Old winners.  I chose to print my Grand Prize Winning Quilt "Metal Measures."

The details are amazing, and you can even see the hand stitching.  Yes!  Those are zippers between each strip of measuring tape fabric.
Alliance for American Quilts book mark with my quilt on it - so cool!  The Alliance had these in their booth at Festival in Houston!  I got the Spoonflower Swatch Book in Houston what is called a "meet-up" - no frills gathering.  The New from Old contest quilts are up for sale on eBay for the next few weeks.  They are 16x16 inches square.  When you get to eBay, type in to search for the auction Alliance for American Quilts.

  2. looks fabulous! I have been doing a line of fabric (as my saqa visioning project) thru spoonflower, so it is nice to see other people doing their own fabric. I LOVE the feel of their fabric and the colors and details are great :-)
