There are 22 patriotic house quilts in the project, however only 20 pictured here, because 2 have already been delivered. All quilts are 12W x 16H.   Veteran's First is a non-profit group home facility for veterans in Garden Grove, CA.  Furnishing Hope is redecorating all of the rooms and a patriotic house quilt will be hung on the wall by each bed in this facility.
Thank you to all of the quilt artists who donated their time and talents to make this possible!

  6. Thanks to all of you for this effort. Sometimes, when the media forgets to focus on our vets, we do to. This personal "touch" may be just the thing one of them needs to help begin the journey back to their "home".
