Inside Views - Part 2

Inside Views - Part 2 of how to make the book
Scenes and objects were drawn on watercolor paper, painted, and outlined with a Pilot Razor Point pen.  These elements were cut out and glued with white glue, with a book on each page, one at a time, until they were all flat on each page.  These are a few of my favorite things.
Front of the book - those are 4 cut out windows

Back of the book - cut out window

Using the Pilot Razor Point pen, I carefully outlined some of the stenciling

Each page is different - color, design, layers of paint;  upstairs - a purse and a clock; downstairs - a "home sweet home" sign, and a shelf of books to read

I loved the fact that you can see through all three layers of paint

Upstairs - flowers, and tea for two; downstairs - an umbrella and a lamp

A spotted dog upstairs, clothes downstairs and a radio plays music in the green room

I am really happy how it looks!
