Cloth, Paper, Scissors STUDIOS tour

Cloth, Paper, Scissors STUDIOS virtual tour;
I have an article in this issue, page 92 with how to make this funky sign below -
There are many blogs to visit to see everyone else's studios -
Join in the fun! - See the
Quilting Arts site to view
Front Room - this is what I face when I am sewing; keepsakes on the left and paint cabinet on the right. Design wall in the middle.
From the front room, looking into my office, with computer, printers, paper, books, 3-ring project binders, purse collection, etc.
From the front room looking into the design/stash room
(can be viewed here)
Everything I need at my fingertips - supplies behind my sewing table. Mixed media aprons hang on the wall above. iPod player, supplies in polka dot buckets on my table. You can click on the picture to see it larger.
Working on some fabric painting projects in the middle of the front room, and getting things ready for Houston - MIU Workshops and Open Studios
Wall of inspiration - cards people have sent me, drawings, cut outs from magazines, ribbons, posters, photos, etc.

  1. I loved seeing your studio in the magazine. I said, " I know her, and look, I know those quilts". It all looks wonderful and is so you!

  2. ...way cool!! My favorite part is the inspiration wall - it reads from afar as a 'quilt' --

  4. Niiiice, wish I could see that Klimt inspired piece a bit better; and I'm taking your idea of the horseshoe: I have so many and what a clever idea! Of course, you have so many great ideas. And do you LOVE red and blue?

    Congrats on your press in QA and your being in the Studio issue, have great fun in Houston.

  7. Great Tour and exuberant studio. I have been looking for some of those narrow plastic drawer thingies and haven't found them yet.
