The Tale of the Two Canvases

1st canvas - painted by these energetic women  Musical Chairs - a Painted Collaboration - a 3-hour class at CREATE in Rosemont, IL.  Leslie Tucker Jenison and I taught this class.  Jeannie Moore was our unofficial teacher's pet.

2nd canvas - painted by the same energetic women...but totally different!
 1st canvas begins
2nd canvas
1st canvas is coming along
2nd canvas is adding layers of color and pattern
1st canvas is getting white accents
2nd canvas is getting it's white accents
1st canvas - black added with amazing results
2nd canvas with black accents - everything pops out.  Both pieces were cut up and each painter was given one section from each project.

  8. Wow, these are fabulous!!! Reminds me of a cloth I took from our art room that the teacher had the students "wipe" their brushes on - a really great piece of art! I'm inspired always by what you do with your materials!
