StencilGirl Club - June Announcement!

It's June!  and my BiG Announcement is today!  I am over the moon about this!  I have three exclusive designs for StencilGirl Club, that were inspired by my love of sewing and quilting.  Hoopla, Hexi's and Stitchin' These were drawn by hand, which I am very proud of and I couldn't be more thrilled as to how they look!   The sizes are 9x12, 6x6 and 4x4.  I am over the moon about being a StencilGirl Club Artist.

Here's the scoop:  You have to be a member of the StencilGirl Club in order to get these exclusive "June" designs!  Here is the link to join the club now, and read all about how it works.  In order to get your stencils this month, you need to join the club before June 10th.  Go to StencilGirl Talk to see my introductory video about these exclusive June stencils!  Imagine the possibilities!
This is the first thing I made when I received my stencils, to try them out and make sure that they all worked well.  It's a small art quilt

I used Jacquard Textile paint on Hoffman Batik fabrics.  I have a die cutting machine that cuts the hexi's, and then I used the hexi portion of the stencil to create this.

Love those bobbins and stitches.  I was imagining all kinds of things that I could use these stencils for.

Hexi, bobbins and stitches.  I might have to try my hand at getting the stitches to line up, if I use them in a continuous row like this.

If you click on the picture, you can see all of the hand embroidery stitches in the black background.

  4. Great stencils and charming sample, Jamie. I've been using spools as stamps, but I think I need to get some spool stencils, too!
