Folding Artist Houses

I've been playing around with the concept of the accordion book - this one is a house shape, with color laser copies of doors and windows - 2-sided.  The panels are painted and stamped.

Flip side; recycled the colored paper that comes with a bouquet of flowers from Trader Joes to go around the windows, and household screen on the doors.

Detail and chopstix as the stilts

    Love these!

  2. Very very cool! I just broke out my roll of screening and thought to myself... now what the heck am I doing to do with all this stuff? It's nice to see how you've use it :-)

  3. Me gustan mucho tus trabajos. Tienes un blog precioso.

  4. What a fun project! Very clever use of chopsticks, I must say.

  5. Ooh! Houses in a row...always a favorite of mine! Love the chopsticks, and the screen hinge is brilliant!

  6. hi Jamie, so fun to look at! makes me want to make something like that!
