The travel sewing kit: snapware container with lid, Fiskars scissors, embellishment items - you know the usual, metal washers, safety pins, metal sequins, aluminum poptops, embroidery thread, needles. A few sewing projects and Mistyfuse...because you just never know when you may need it. Always be prepared.I always bring a Moleskin journal with me. It's always fun to draw or make a paper collage on the pages. A great way to recycle a magazine that you read on the airplane. Get a glue stick and you're good to go.

I love the little works of art and the journal is so cool! I need to start putting my pieces of inspiration into a journal...
ReplyDeleteGreat 'survival' kit! ha,,,
ReplyDeletemakes it easy, too. I just need to get on with the Journal, that in itself is a learning curve for me.
I love your sewing kit! no kits for me when I travel... my lap top on a plane and a pad of paper for me. (but your kit is tempting me to make one up next time!)
