Clean Up on Aisle 5

This year, I decided that I would clean out portions of my studio once a week.  I got rid of alot of stuff before I moved to my dream studio, but as I work from week to week, month to month, I realize that some things are not stored in the right place.  This week, I thought I would tackle my storage area, which trickles out into the paint area.   I took everything off the shelves and made a nice mess on the floor.  And since I am sporting the very large black boot on my left foot, I have to do this very slowly, and then go lay down on the couch periodically.  Imagine figuring that into your work day?  Not fun.  Last week my doctor told me 6-8 more weeks to heal my stress fracture.  I know, so fun.

Slowly putting things back.  These are things that I don't use very often.  Notebooks with records of shows, memberships, old artwork, etc. that will be eventually shredded and dumped - save that task for later.
See this little pile on the floor - that is all that I have to go through!  Yay!  Lots of tulle.
The storage area up above needs some work, but me and the boot can't use a ladder right now, so that will have to wait.

The paint area looks great and ready for the next project with stencils
It's looking good.  Moved my table on wheels back in front of the storage area.  This houses my Sizzix Big Shot Pro, that stays on this table and the portable Big Shot, that I can move around the studio.

Another area that I am working on, to clean out this Iris Chest - the one on the right with drawers.  Moving everything to plastic shoe boxes that will be stored on the rolling wire rack to the left.

A view from the front door.  I am hoping that I can get my new EZi Grande table set up over the weekend for my sewing machine.  It will be quite nice to have it flush with the table.  Onward and Upward.
